Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at qmch.org and any services, forms or donation facilities offered through it. By accessing this website, submitting a form, or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

3. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on this site.
- Use another person's payment instrument, identity or contact details without authorisation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its server, or any connected system.
- Introduce malicious code, or use automated means to access, scrape or overload the site.
- Use the website or any content from it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage QMCH's reputation or interfere with others' use of the site.
We reserve the right to refuse service, block access, or decline any submission at our discretion.
4. Donations
All donations to QMCH are voluntary. Nothing on this website constitutes an obligation to donate, and no goods or services are supplied to a donor in exchange for a donation.
Online donations are processed through Razorpay, a payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. By donating, you confirm that the funds are lawfully yours and that you are authorised to use the payment instrument provided.
On donations directed to specific items. Where you choose to direct a donation towards a particular item — a wheelchair, a bed, a ration kit — the amount shown reflects what QMCH actually pays to procure that item. Your donation funds the purchase of such items as part of QMCH's programmes. It is a charitable contribution, not a purchase, and you acquire no ownership or interest in any item. QMCH may, where operational need requires, apply funds to a comparable item or programme.
Recurring donations continue until cancelled. You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect from the next scheduled instalment.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Donations are generally treated as final and non-refundable, since funds are committed to patient care shortly after receipt.
We recognise, however, that genuine errors occur. We will consider a refund request where:
- A transaction was duplicated in error;
- An amount was entered incorrectly and the error is evident;
- A payment was made without the account holder's authorisation; or
- A technical fault resulted in an incorrect charge.
Requests should be made within seven (7) days of the transaction, using the contact details at the end of these terms, and should include the transaction reference, date and amount. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and typically reach the donor within seven to ten working days, subject to the processing timelines of the payment gateway and the donor's bank.
Where an 80G receipt has already been issued for a donation that is subsequently refunded, the receipt is void and must not be used to claim a tax deduction.
6. Receipts and Tax Exemption
QMCH is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donations by Indian taxpayers may qualify for a deduction, subject to the conditions and limits set out in the Act as amended from time to time.
Receipts are issued to the name and details supplied at the time of donation. Please ensure these are accurate — corrections after issue may not always be possible.
QMCH does not provide tax advice. Whether, and to what extent, a deduction is available depends on your individual circumstances, and you should consult your own tax adviser.
Foreign contributions. QMCH accepts foreign contributions only to the extent permitted under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010. If you are donating from outside India, or the funds originate from a foreign source, please contact us before donating so that we can confirm whether we are able to accept the contribution.
7. Patient Registration and Services
Registration through this website is a request for QMCH's services. It does not create an entitlement to care, and does not guarantee that services will be provided.
Whether QMCH can accept a patient depends on clinical assessment, the patient's location relative to our operating areas, and the capacity available at the time. All registrations are reviewed, and we will communicate the outcome directly.
By submitting a registration, you confirm that the information provided is true and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that where you are registering on behalf of another person, you are authorised to do so and to provide their information.
QMCH's services are provided free of charge. No payment should be made to any individual claiming to represent QMCH in exchange for care, equipment or priority. Please report any such demand to us immediately.
8. Medical Disclaimer

It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, advice or treatment, and you should not delay seeking or disregard medical advice because of anything you read here.
In a medical emergency, contact emergency services or your nearest hospital immediately. Do not use this website or its forms to report an emergency — submissions are not monitored continuously and will not receive an immediate response.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
